The East Riding Medical Education Centre contains an excellent up-to-date library offering a wide range of services including CD-ROM  (Medicine and Clinical, Data Star with access to DSS publications and GP/GP BMA press cuttings, etc. In addition, the library provides video viewing, literature searches, inter-library loan, fax and photocopying facilities. There is also a 24 hour resource room with computers, video editing suite, etc.

To complement these facilities at the Education Centre, a branch library is situated at Castle Hill Hospital.

Further facilities are provided at the University of Hull, which has an established reputation for postgraduate training.
